基于激励理论的高校职员管理创新

摘    要:建设一支优化、高效、创新的职员队伍,是建设创新型高水平大学的迫切需要。文章通过分析高校职员队伍管理中存在的主要问题,提出运用相关的激励理论,建立和完善相应的激励机制和约束机制,设计有关的配套制度,进行管理创新,以提高管理效能。

Abstract:The cultivation of an optimized innovative faculty with high efficiency is an urgent task for innovative and high-level colleges and universities. This paper proposes the incentive theory based on the analysis of existing problems in the management of college and university faculty. It comes to a conclusion that it is essential for colleges and universities to set up and improve the incentive and constraint systems and design concerned supplement regulations so as to carry out innovative management with high efficiency.
