| 摘 要： | 由于现阶段我国行政监察体制存在弊端,使行政监察人员责任心不强。行政监察责任制度对监察人员实行过错责任追究与行政赔偿相结合、引进激励机制等制度,可以使行政监察部门有效地展开工作,使行政监察合理、合法。

| Abstract: | There are some weak points about our courtry's administrative supervision system now,which lead administrativesupervision persons to be unable and reluctant to supervise.However,the administrative supervisionorgan is administrative too,and needs to be supervised.The responsible system of administrative executives has been proved to be active for strengthening the supervision.The administrative supervision organ should adopt and take some advantageous measures to perfect it by executive duty system,compensation,encouragement. |
