| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新过程是决策过程,企业技术效率决定于专门知识与决策权的匹配程度,当专门知识与决策权不匹配的时候,一是将决策权转移给有专门知识的人,这面临着代理成本;另一种是将专门知识转移给有决策权的人,这面临着信息成本。权衡和降低这两种成本,可以实现企业技术创新效率的提升。

| Abstract: | The technology innovation of the enterprise is a process of the decision-making. The technology innovation efficiency is determined by the matching of the special knowledge and the decision-power. When the special knowledge does not match with the decision-power, the decision-power can be transferred to the people with the special knowledge, which can bring out the agency cost; or the special knowledge can be transferred to the people with the decision-power, which can bring out the information cost. The technology innovation efficiency can be upgraded through balancing and reducing the two costs. |
