| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of the theory of human capital,this paper analyzed the inevitable relations between the investment of human capital and the construction of harmonious society.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of our nation's lack of human capital investment,it proposed that increasing the investment of human capital is the strategic choice of constructing harmonious society.Furthermore,it put forward several suggestions of countermeasure on increasing the investment of human capital. |
