| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育正在转变观念,将学生创新能力的发展置于高校教育教学目标的核心地位,大学阶段的学生干部队伍是高校学生中最活跃的群体,重视对学生干部队伍的建设是培养学生和选拔人才的重要手段和途径,重视对学生干部创新能力的培养必将推动整个学生工作不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | Chinese concept of high education is changing now.The central aim of college education is to develop the creativity of students.In colleges,the most active group is the team of student cadre.So,as a good and important approach and method of student cultivation and talent selection,the team of student cadres' construction should be highly emphasized.It will surely work wonders in the student affairs by cultivating creativity of the student cadres. |
