| 摘 要： | 高等教育结构是影响毕业生就业的重要因素之一,高等教育结构的合理调整有助于避免毕业生供求出现严重的结构性失衡。本文在大规模实证调查的基础上,对我国高等教育结构调整与毕业生就业的关系进行了探讨,并对未来几年不同学科和学历层次毕业生的就业状况以及高等教育结构调整的对策进行了前瞻性分析。

| Abstract: | Higher Education Structure is one of the most important factor influencing graduate employment.Serious structural graduate unemployment can be avoid by adjusting higher education structure rationally.Based on a large questionnaire,this paper probes into the relationship between higher education structure and graduate employment in China,analyzes the higher education structure adjustment and graduate employment in the next few years. |
