| 摘 要： | 文章通过对农业科技进步贡献率的逐年增加与农民人均收入增收率的逐年减少的不正常现象的分析,充分肯定依靠科技创新发展农村经济、建设现代化农业和增加农民收入,是解决"三农问题"的重要举措,指出为"农民增收"而实施科技创新的专项研究的重要性,以及为农民增收实施科技创新必须注意的几个问题。
