摘    要:在Web2.0时代,互联网为民众提供了平等、多元的话语平台,使公共领域呈现向所有人、所有问题开放的趋势,"受众"转为"公众",网络也转为"共有媒体",公共性得到回归.在此过程中,网络意见领袖对传统的"意见领袖"的定义发起挑战.网络意见领袖影响公共话题、推进公共事务的能力还相对有限,但已逐步显示出民众通过自有/共有媒体来影响公共政治的趋势.
