党管人才与人才强校的研究与探讨

摘    要:坚持党管人才,是实施人才强校战略的重要原则,发挥党的宏观指导作用,有利于加强高校教师队伍和行政管理队伍的人才建设,有利于对高校人才工作进行正确的方向指导,引进更多的高层次、高素质的人才担当起教书育人的重任。只有坚持党管人才原则,才能促进人才强校目标的实现。

Abstract:Adhering to administration of the persons with ability is the most important strategy of CCP, which is the principle to develop universities as well. Bringing the macro-supervision to the persons with ability into play will enforce the administration of staffs to recruit more faculty of high academical level to fulfill the mission of teaching and cultivate students.
