| 摘 要： | 罪犯是弱势群体的一员。他们的人身自由被剥夺或限制,但其私权利常常被忽视。文章从三个案例中透视中国罪犯私权保护存在的问题,并从文化和历史的角度分析了这种现象背后的原因,提出了完善罪犯私权利保障的对策。

| Abstract: | The criminal rights are the important part of the human rights. Their freedom is deprived or limited.So their private rights are often overlooked. This essay analyzes the problems that the private rights of the criminal aren't protected completely from the culture and the history backgroundings. At last, the author puts forward the way to solve the problems. |
