企业之间协同竞争的复杂作用机制研究

协同和竞争的并存是企业之间的一种普遍现象。建立在合作基础上的协同竞争是现代企业获取竞争优势的主要途径。通过对企业之间协同竞争的概念及其系统复杂性的解释,研究了协同竞争机制的作用机理,认为协同和竞争是两种在逻辑上完全相反的关系,协同竞争系统的发展主要取决于协同与竞争这两种机制的相互作用,其稳定性则主要取决于这两种机制之间的动态平衡。针对我国企业与跨国公司的差距,我国企业由传统战略向协同竞争转变需要改变传统的竞争方式,扩大竞争战略的制定空间,提高竞争战略的弹性程度并追求更加具有扩展性的战略目标。

Study of Complicated Synergetic and Competitive Mechanism Among Enterprises

The concurrence of synergy and competition is very common among enterprises and synergetic competition based on cooperation has become the main approach for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantages.The concept of synergetic competition and its systemic complexity are explained,then the mechanism of synergy and competition is analyzed respectively.In this paper,synergy and competition are understood as fundamentally different and contradictory logics of interaction relationships,the development of the synergetic and competitive system relies on the interaction of the two mechanisms and its stability relies on the dynamic balance of them.In order to shorten the gap with multinational corporations,China's enterprises must transform from traditional strategies to synergetic competition strategies by the means of change traditional competitive manner,enlarge the scope of the strategy,improve the flexibility of their competitive strategy and pursue more expensive strategic targets.
