| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展问题是马克思主义理论的重要内容,是社会主义本质的内在要求,也是高校培养人才的基本目标。文化素质教育是实现大学生全面发展的重要途径,它是为了最充分发掘和拓展人的天性,把人类文明的成果、文化的精华内化为人的心理品质。高校实施文化素质教育的具体内容是提升大学生的人文精神,提高大学生的艺术素养和感情调节能力,培养大学生科学健康的生活方式。

| Abstract: | As an important part of Marxism, human's overall development is the essential request of socialism. It is also the basic target of talents' training in colleges and universities. Quality-oriented education is an important approach to the university students' overall development. It can change human's civilization and culture into human's mental character in order to explore and develop human's nature deeply. The specific measures to carry out the quantity-oriented education include: the promotion of university students' humanism spirits, the improvement of students' artistic quality and the improvement of their emotions' regulation ability. Helping them to form a scientific and healthy life style is also included . |
