| 摘 要： | 竞争是市场经济最基本的运行机制 ,伴随着入世 ,我国已步入国际市场竞争的行列。如何完善竞争法 ,维护有效竞争 ,推动经济发展就显得异常重要。德国反不正当竞争法是世界上第一部专门的立法 ,该文通过分析该法的特点 ,结合从中得到的启示 ,对完善我国的反不正当竞争法提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Competition is the basic operational system of market-oriented economy. After China's accession to WTO, China has to face international market competition. It becomes especially important to perfect competition law, to sustain effective competition, and to improve the economic development. Germany's unfair competition law is the first relevant act in the world. The article offers some suggestions for the perfection of China's unfair competition law by analyzing Germany's conterpart law and its characteristics in addition to the enlightenment obtained from discussion. |
