电子政务建设中几个关键问题的博弈分析

电子政务作为信息技术发展的产物，对于打破行政机关组织界限、提高政府效能、实现公众满意起到了重要作用。我国电子政务建设在中央与地方政府的资金投入、监督以及电子政务外包等方面存在着诸多问题。通过运用博弈论的方法，对这些关键问题进行分析并建立相应模型，并在此基础上提出四点建议。
