| Abstract: | Colleges and universities play an important role in building a harmonions society and implementing the scientific development concept of people-oriented.Therefore,we must fully understand the inheretl relations which are between the managcment ideas of the personnel and building a harmonions society,explore approaches to the management of the personnel in colleges and universities actively advance innovation of management systen and play the roles of management. |
