| 摘 要： | 股份制的最大特征就是所有权与经营权的分离,这是适应资本主义市场经济和生产社会化发展的需要而产生的,因此不能简单地把股份制等同于公有制。但是,资本主义私有制可以用股份制,社会主义公有制也可以用,它是帮助我国国有企业实现政企分开的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The most distinctive quality of share system lies in the separation between ownership and management,which results from the need of capitalist market economic development and of productive socialization.Stock system should not be simply regarded as equal to public ownership,but it can be adopted by socialist public ownership just as it can be used by capitalist private ownership. Stock system is an effective means to help realize the detachment of enterprisee from the government in China. |
