教育公共服务的均等化阶段性分析

摘    要:十八届三中全会把推进基本公共服务均等化作为全面建成小康社会的新要求。教育公共服务作为基本公共服务的重要组成部分,是我国改革发展新阶段的一项重大战略决策。以教育发展阶段为视角,探讨不同阶段教育公共服务提供的方式和方法,是结合国内外的实践经验,找寻一条适合我国国情的、推动我国教育公共服务均等化水平不断提高的有效路径。

Abstract:: The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has taken the way of promoting the educational public service equalization for a new request of entirely constructing a well - off society. As an important part of the basic public services, the educational public service is a significant strategic decision to equalize public services in the new stage of China's reform and development. This paper, from the perspective of development stages, dis- cusses the ways and methods adopted in different stages of educational public service, and such an approach proves to be ef- fective in integrating domestic and foreign practical experience, seeking a development mute suitable for Chinese national conditions, and promoting the level of China's educational public service equalization.
