群体认同与集群行为的关系:集群效能的中介作用

群体性事件已严重危害社会的稳定,探讨这类事件发生的心理机制对于有效预防此类事件可以提供理论依据。本文以120名大学生为被试,采用2(低认同、高认同)×2(低效能、高效能)的组间设计,在实验室模拟群体性事件的发生过程,探讨群体认同、集群效能与集群行为的关系。研究结果显示:群体认同的水平越高,集群效能水平越高;集群效能的水平越高,个体参与集群的行为越多;集群效能在群体认同与集群行为间起部分中介作用。

Relationship of Group Identity and Collective action:Mediating Role of Group Efficacy

Mass incidents have seriously endanger the stability of society,and to explore the psychological mechanisms such incidents for effective prevention of such events can provide a theoretical basis. To 120 university students were tested,using 2（ low recognition and high recognition） × 2（ low- performing,high- performance） between group design,laboratory simulation of the process in the event of mass incidents,investigate the relationship between group identity,group efficacy and collective action. The results show that： the higher the level of group identity,the higher level of group efficacy; higher levels of group efficacy,the more behavior of participating in collective action;group efficacy plays an partially intermediary role between group identity and collective action.
