| 摘 要： | 我国在文化遗产法律保护方面，基本形成体系，但对非物质文化遗产的重视和保护程度远不及对物质文化遗产的重视与保护。然而，非物质文化遗产是文化多样性的熔炉，是人类可持续发展的保证。随着社会经济的发展和现代化进程的加快，文化遗产生态发生了变化，一些文化遗产尤其是其中的非物质文化遗产因消失正在不断的减少。如何通过法律的手段保护非物质文化遗产，成为法律工作者的当务之急。

| Abstract: | In China the system of legal protection of China's intangible cultural relics is basically formed.Far less importance is attached to intangible cultural relics than to tangible ones.Due to the social and economical development and the accelerated process of modernization,the ecological changes take place in cultural relics,some of which particularly the intangible cultural relics are disappearing.How to protect them by law has become an urgent task for the law workers. |
