城池修筑与宋辽外交

澶渊之盟中宋辽两国就边境城池的修筑达成了一些协议,但是由于辽统治者南下掠夺的本性不会改变,所以北宋时期,双方围绕北宋在河北和河东地区城池的修筑活动,进行了多次的交涉,从这些交涉中可以看出北宋在盟约问题上的灵活性。
