| 摘 要： | 美国人权外交政策在20世纪70年代中后期的出现,有其产生的深刻根源。正因为人权在美国有着广泛而深厚的文化和历史土壤,本文试图从美国独特的文化、历史以及经济的视角论述其对美国实行人权外交政策的影响,以期人们对美国的强权政治和霸权主义有全面的了解。

| Abstract: | The human rights diplomacy of the United States appeared late in 1970s,having its profound sources.Human rights has got the extensive but deep cultural and historical foundation in the United States,so this article tries to discuss the influence of special culture,history and economy on the human rights diplomacy of the United States.In doing so that,the power politics and hegemonism of the United States can be understood completely. |
