高校档案在教育评估中的依据凭证作用及管理对策

随着教育改革的不断深入,教育评估工作越来越引起人们的重视。从过去几年高校评估的过程来看,评估专家检查的大部分指标,都需要通过大量的原始档案来佐证,高校档案在教育评估中起着重要的依据凭证作用。高校应通过加强领导、增强档案意识,建立完善的档案管理制度,明确归档范围和要求,以及推行档案管理的现代化等措施,切实提高档案管理水平,使之在以后的教育评估中发挥其应有的依据凭证作用。

On the Roles and Strategies of Credence of Higher Education Archives in Education Assessment

With the constant deepening of education reforms,education assessment has drawn more and more attention. But viewed from assessing process of the past few years in higher schools ,the great majority of targets that the assessment experts inspected in higher schools all required a great quantity of primordial archives for proof,so to speak,the archives of higher schools are playing an important role of credence and gist in assessing education. Higher schools,through strengthening leadership,should build up the consciousness of archives,establish perfect regulations of archives administration,and clarify the limitations and requirements of pigeonholing,push on the modern methods of archives administration as well as enhance the level of archives administration so that they can be employed to play an indispensable role as credence in assessing the future education.
