| 摘 要： | 流通产业由于实现了与高新技术和现代管理方式的整合,正在全球范围出现新一轮发展浪潮。其发展程度被作为衡量一个国家现代化水平、产业水平和综合国力的重要标志之一。我国的流通业正处在产业化发展的起点,还存在许多盲区和不足。加强和完善公共管理建设,是中国流通产业健康发展的必要保障。

| Abstract: | Because high-tech and modern management have integrated in circulation industry, a tidal wave of its new round development has come into emergence worldwide. Its development degree is used as one of the important symbols to measure a nation's modernization level, industry level and national aggregate strengths. China's circulation industry is just at the initial stage of industrialization and has some deficiencies. Strengthening and consummating public management is a necessary guarantee for the healthy development of China's circulation industry. |
