| 摘 要： | 在考虑集群内企业拥有不同的技术创新效率的情形下,建立两阶段非合作博弈模型,讨论当集群企业在不同时机创新时,技术溢出对其技术创新投入的影响.分析出随着技术溢出的提高,领先企业和跟随企业创新投入的不同变化情形,推导出由此产生的企业集群整体技术创新能力的演化方式,并给出了相应的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Considering the different technological innovation efficiency of the firms in enterprise cluster, this paper establishes a two-stage non-cooperative game model to explore the impact of technological spillover on technology innovation investments of different innovative timing firms.It analyzes the different investment ways of leading firm and following firm as technological spillovers are improved, and finds the evolution of enterprise cluster's technology innovation capacity, and provides the corresponding policy recommendations. |
