| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校人力资源管理信息系统存在的问题,结合高校人力资源管理的实际与业务流程需求,构建了高校人力资源管理信息系统的组成框架.该系统基于SQL数据库技术,采用C/S模式,以Delphi7.0为开发工具,实现了网络化管理,并在此基础上提出了人力资源数据挖掘的设想.

| Abstract: | According to the business of the human resources management and the its requirement of procedure,the administrative system of human resources in the university is designed based on the problem of manpower resources management.Using SQL as its database,the system adopts the mode of C/S and regards Delphi 7.0 as develop tools,which can realize the network management platform.Furthermore,the data mining of human resource is proposed. |
