我校大学生体质健康的专业和性别差异分析

通过对我校不同专业和性别的大学生的体质健康测试结果剖析,发现不同专业大学生的体质健康水平存在差异,其中艺术专业女大学生的肺活量体重指数和握力体重指数明显高于其它专业系,文科专业女大学生的心肺系统机能高于理科系,而且女生比男生的总体水平要高.随着健身运动处方教学模式的推行,本文旨在为大学生体育教学目标、内容和方式的安排提供参考.
