| 摘 要： | 建立模糊聚类分析模型,以某厂总装车间配套库为研究对象,选择具有实际意义且有较强分辨性和代表性的统计指标,利用模糊集聚类分析方法对库存物资进行ABC分析,得出最具实际经济意义的分类方案,同时根据最优分类结果,针对配套库库存物资的特性及不合理管理实行重点管理,为以最小的管理精力,取得最大的管理效果和经济效益提供了有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Taking the warehouse of the general assembly shop of a certain Group as target,the author builds up a model,conducts ABC analysis with the theory of fuzzy set and obtains the most significant classification scheme.By applying the research finding to the stock management and practising key-point management,biggest economic output can be achieved with the least managerial input. |
