论教师教育体系保障制度的构建

教师作为教育事业的主力军,肩负着提高全民族综合素质的历史重任。教师素质的高低,不仅决定着下一代接班人素质的高低,而且影响和制约着民族的文化水平。只有加强我国教师的素质培养,健全教师教育体系,构建教师教育体系保障制度,才能适应这一要求。本文从我国教师教育的实际出发,分析了我国教师教育体系的内涵和现状,提出了我国教师教育体系保障制度的构建方法,对推动我国教师教育的改革与发展有一定意义。

On Construction of Guarantee System of Teachers' Educational System

As the main force of the educational cause, teachers are undertaking the historical task of improving the comprehensive quality of the whole nation. Teachers' quality can not only decide the quality of younger generations but also can influence and restrict the educational level of the nation. Only by strengthening teachers's quality, perfecting teachers' educational system and constructing the guarantee system of teachers' educational system in our country, can we meet the needs of the times. According to the actual situation, this paper analyzes the connotation and actuality of our teachers' educational system and puts forward the methods to construct its guarantee system, which is of momentous current significance in reforming and developing our teachers' education.
