| 摘 要： | 大学生在其成长过程中存在许多问题,需要思想政治教育工作者加强对大学生成才的思想政治教育。真正的创业型人才,不仅要树立创业意识,还要培养创业能力,特别是分析问题和解决问题的能力。大学生自身也要注重自身创业意识和能力的培养,使自己顺利成才。

Real innovative talents need to foster innovative spirit as well as innovative ability, especially the ability to analyze and resolve problems. College students themselves also need to pay attention to their innovative spirit and ability in order to make their way to talents. |
