| 摘 要： | 在中国共产党的领导下,经过各方面共同努力,中国特色社会主义法律体系已经形成,党的十五大提出到2010年形成中国特色社会主义法律体系的目标如期完成。中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成,具有重大意义。中国特色社会主义法律体系形成后的走向:扩大法律体系的规模、提高法律体系的质量、平衡法律体系的立改废、加快社会立法的步伐、呼应开门立法的需求。
