| 摘 要： | 目前,世界各国的破产程序呈现多元化趋势,以满足多重破产目的和破产主体的多种需要。但我国的破产法在这方面显示出先天不足,程序单一粗糙,已经不能满足市场经济的需求。介绍了对各国的破产程序,并对我国目前破产法的不足和改革方向进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of the aid of bankruptcy law, the bankruptcy procedures become many-faceted to meet the aid of bankruptcy law and all sorts of bankruptcy bodies.But in our country ,the bankruptcy law is oversimplified and is out of date, therefore, the bankruptcy law must be reformed in accordance with the need of market economy. The paper is concerned about the problem. |
