乡村卓越幼儿教师核心素养构成及其培养

摘    要:乡村幼儿教师作为提升乡村学前教育质量的重要主体,其核心素养的高低对乡村学前教育的发展具有重要的影响。研究基于扎根理论,通过开放性编码、主轴性编码和选择性编码三级编码的方式深入挖掘乡村卓越幼儿教师的基本内涵与本质特征,建构其核心素养的理论模型,并以此为基础,提出乡村卓越幼儿教师核心素养的培养策略。

Study on the Composition and Cultivation of Core Quality of Outstanding Preschool Teachers in Rural Areas

Abstract:Rural preschool teachers as an important part of improving the quality of rural preschool education,whose core quality has an important influence on the development of rural preschool education.Based on Grounded Theory,this study did research with three-level coding ways:Open Coding,Spindle Coding and Selective Coding,in order to have deeper understanding of basic connota?tion and essential characteristics of the outstanding preschool teachers in rural area,and then construct the theoretical model of its core quality.Based on these study talked above,this paper puts forward strategies for cultivating excellent rural preschool teachers’core quality.
