校企合作在工程硕士培养中起着非常重要的作用。结合实际提出了在校企合作培养工程硕士的过程中，应规范工程硕士录取工作，选拔优秀生源；充分考虑企业需要，制定科学合理的培养方案；建立学校企业双导师制，以确保工程硕士学位论文质量；校企共同管理，完善工程硕士培养监督机制等几点意见。

A Few Reflections on the Co-education of Master of Engineering by University-enterprise Cooperation

University- enterprise cooperation plays a very important role in the education of master of engineering. In wiew of the actual situation, it is proposed that in the co- education of master of engineering by unversity- enterprise cooperation, the enrolment should be standardized so as to pick out outstanding sources of students. Then, scientific and reasonable education plan should be worked out based on a full consideration of the demands of the enterprise. The tutorial system of two tutors from both the university and the enterprise should be set up to guarantee by the university and the enterprise to improve thesis quality. Moreover, there should be co- management the supervision mechanism.
