地方政府、农信社合作博弈下的信用村建设

信用村建设已经成为目前农村金融改革的新举措之一,在一定程度上能有效地缓解农户贷款难的问题。文章构建了一个简单的合作博弈模型,将地方政府和农信社作为博弈方,从合作博弈的角度分析了郁南信用村建设这一案例,认为：在信用村建设上,只有将地方政府的行政权力、政府威信等优势与信用社的资金、专业人力资源等优势相结合,发挥各方的比较优势,才能更有效地促成信用村的创建,发挥信用村建设在解决农户贷款难问题中的作用。

The Analysis of Credit Village Construction on a Cooperative Game between Local Government and Rural Credit Cooperatives

Credit village construction has become a new initiative of financial in rural areas.To a certain extent,it can effectively alleviate the problem of farmers get loans.By building a simple cooperative game model in which local government and rural credit are the two parties of this game,then we analysed a case of credit village in Yunan.Finally we concluded that only if we can integrate the local government’s administrative power,prestige and other advantages with credit unions’ advantages,the construction of credit village can be set up easily,and its effect can resolve the problem,so that farmer can get loans more conveniently.
