构造产业链，推进工业化

工业化是我国国家和区域经济发展的平台。这一平台则是建筑在全球化、信息化的框架之内的 ,因此信息产业是工业化的支柱。为了实现自己在西部大开发中的战略目标 ,四川省和成都市以信息产业为“1号工程” ,着力推进区域工业化、信息化。但是 ,这种发展 ,包括引资 ,并没有取得预期的成效。问题的症结是经营环境的营造 ,其中 ,产业链是经营环境的核心。我们的思考是 :通过产业链的构造 ,推进国家和区域工业化

Reconstruct Industrial Supply Chain to Promote Industrialization of Sichuan

Industrialization provide a platform on which Chinese national and regional economic development is based.The platform is established under the framework of globalization and informationalization.Therefore information industry could be considered the main component of industrialization.Governments of Sichuan and Chengdu attached serious emphasis to the development of Information Industry "the First Engineering" in order to promote regional industrialization and meet strategic goal of "West Exploitation".However,the development including attraction of investment has not achieve expectanat perfomance up till now.The most important reason is the defections of operative enviroment,esp.supply chain.In this paper,we put forth our thoughts on reconstruction of Industrial supply Chain to promote national and regional industrialization.
