| 摘 要： | 法官要进行舆论应对,首先判断是否属敏感案件,再舆情研判,如关键词、敏感词的查询与搜索、发现舆论领袖影响舆论导向等。舆论应对要坚持原则不要怕,坦诚面对不对抗,主动切割不牵连,坚决回应错误报导,法官不评说等;舆论引导的步骤如下：先报上级再行研判,抢发新闻,滚动播报,掌握话语权,快报事实、慎报原因。并结合真实案例从正反两方面进行对比,以便法官在转变司法作风、提高司法能力的同时,提高舆论应对能力。
