鲁迅与中国现代文艺思潮

中国现代文学在民主主义文艺思潮和革命文艺思潮两者的比较中发展。本应是一种平等的比　较，但由于历史的原因这种比较的过程被当作了后者否定前者的过程。而鲁迅从前者的代表　转变成为后者的代表，并被拿来作为前者　应该由后者来否定的根据。然而鲁迅的文学道路，他的文艺思想的“现实”的特点，他的启　蒙主义的特点，他对革命文学的认识，都表明在半殖民地半封建的中国、进行着资产阶级民　主革命的中国，这两者有一致和相通之处。所以，鲁迅在中国现代文艺思潮史上的地位　和作用，不在于他证明了只有后者否定前者才是历史的前进，而在于他揭示了两者共同的基　础，表明了两者应当共同发展。

LU Xun and Modern Chinese Literary Thought

The modern Chinese literature developed in comparing the thoughts of d emocratic and revolutionary literature. It ought to have been a comparison on eq ual terms. However, due to historical reasons, its process was distorted to the negation of the former by the latter. In this process, LU Xun was taken both as a figure shifted from the former to the latter and as the basis for the negation . But LU Xun's literary progress, the "realistic" features of his literary thought, his didacticist characteristics, and his understanding of revolutionary lite rature reveal that the two are in a certain sense consistent and interlinked in the context of China's semi-colonialism and semi-feudalism and its democratic bourgeois revolution. Therefore, the position and part of LU Xun in the history of modern Chinese literary thought do not lie in his proof of the negation to be p rogressive but in his revelation of the common basis of both schools on which th ey develop together.
