The Metaphysical Thinking on the Expression of Criminal Intent

Aiming at the vacancy and controversy in the study of the theory of expression of criminal intent, this paper is a study on the system of this theory. The first part is a brief analysis on the necessity of the theory of expression of criminal intent; and then trace back the evolution of this theory; finally, the conclusion on the controversy in some relative question based on the analysis and enumeration. This paper is focused on the nature, the characteristic of the expression of criminal intent and it's relation with the preparation for a crime.
