社会认知偏差对思想政治教育者的消极影响及对策

摘    要:在思想政治教育过程中,社会认知偏差对教育者产生了较大的消极影响。其中包括首因效应、近因效应、晕轮效应、信念固着偏见、刻板印象和虚假一致偏差等几种主要的社会认知偏差现象。教育者应充分重视这些社会认知偏差对其带来的消极影响,并采取如下应对措施减小其消极影响:用发展变化的观点来看待受教育者;用全面的观点来观察受教育者;在思想政治教育过程中应坚持具体问题具体分析;坚持理智原则;提高领导者的自身综合素质特别是心理素质。

Abstract:There are many negative influences of social cognition biases on ideological and political educators during the period of ideological and political education.The social cognition biases mainly include:primary effect,halo effect,belief perseverance prejudice,stereotype and false consensus bias.Educators must pay attention to and meet the negative influences as follows:treating the educated by developing sight;observing the educated by allround views;doing everything by looking at the concrete conditions;adhering to the principle of reason;improving the educator's quality,especially his psychological quality.
