"大跃进"时期的国家技术观具有明显的意识形态倾向,片面夸大意识形态的重要性,将意识形态狭隘地归结为政治思想与政治意识;力图通过群众运动的方式来进行技术革命,忽视知识分子在技术革命中的重要作用;不考虑客观的物质技术条件,片面强调高速度和数量;片面强调发展重工业,在重工业中又片面发展钢铁工业,造成技术结构的畸形化。

Characteristics of the national technological view during the "the Great Leap Forward Movement"

During the period of "the Great Leap Forward Movement", the national technological view presented the following characteristics. There was a strong tendency of ideology in the technological view. The importance of ideology was exaggerated, ideology was regarded only as political thoughts or political consciousness. Technological revolution was believed to be promoted by mass movement, ignoring the roles of intellectuals and relying too much on high speed and large quantity without considering the actual technological conditions. In the area of heavy industry, steel-making was over emphasized, therefore, the technological structure was lopsided.
