The Discussion and Development Trends of Venture Creation Process

The process of new venture creation is a focus in the en-trepreneurship literature. This paper explains key concepts involved in this process, makes a comparison among three typical process models of new venture creation, and analyses some problems in the related positive researches. This paper indicates that the deep investigation in the process of new venture creation would give more instruction to the entrepreneurial practice in our country.
