中国共产党解决“三农”问题的理论探索---自十六大以来

十六大以来中国共产党新一届中央领导集体根据理论与现实的需要,提出了"六个基本"的和"八大举措"的"三农"理论。与我们党以前的"三农"理论相比较具有产生的社会背景新、追求的目的新、体现的指导思想新、提出的观点新、制定的措施新等基本特征。十六大以来中共共产党解决"三农"问题理论探索的贡献主要表现在:把马克思主义与我们党的"三农"理论发展到新阶段;论述了在工业化中期政府如何解决"三农"问题;探索到解决"三农"问题的新途径。

Theoretical Exploration to Solve Sannong Problems Since the 16th National Congress of CPC

Since the 16th national congress of CPC,the new leadership of CPC Central Committee has set forward a series of policies like "six basic points" and "eight measures" to solve "Sannong Problems"(problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers) according to the needs of theory and reality.Compared to the old ones,these policies have some new basic characteritics,such as new social background,new purposes,new guiding ideology,new views and new measures.These policies develop Marxism and CPCs theory about "Sannong Problems" to a new stage,and they expound how the government to deal with "Sannong Problems" during the mid-industrialization, which explore new ways to solve the problems.
