| 摘 要： | 目前各个酒店客房普遍存在的问题是 ,包装雷同 ,没有特色。在当今酒店林立 ,争夺客源十分激烈的情况下 ,没有特色的酒店客房是没有竞争力的。为使酒店的客房能够更多地吸引住客 ,除优质的服务外 ,客房的特色包装不可缺少。客房的特色包装应体现“以人为本”的指导思想 ,只有这样才能增强酒店客房对客人的吸引力 ,增强酒店的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The room decoration of every hotel is more or less the same at present.Because of the keen competition,indistinctive room decoration in hotel isn't highly competitive.The distinctive room decoration as well as first rate service is very necessary in order to make profit.Only when the distingctive room decoration should take human as the dominant factor can hotel enhance its competition. |
