“培根计划”的终结与社会技术创新

17世纪英国哲学家培根创设的“培根计划”,经过400多年的历史发展,已经日益暴露其不合理性,它在给人类带来福祉的同时,也给人类带来了灾难,以至现代社会在某种程度上已经成为“风险社会”或者“灾难社会”。反思几个世纪特别是20世纪以来自然科技理性的“两面性”,总结“培根计划”的是非功过,创新文化观念,进而为“社会技术”走向历史前台创造条件,已经成为21世纪科学技术哲学的一个重要主题。

End of the "Plan of Bacon" and Innovation of the Social Technology

Francis Bacon,the English philosopher,created and designed "Plan of Bacon" in the 17th century.The plan has shown its unreason through the 400-year development of history.While it brings benefit,it brings crisis to human,which even becomes the "society of risk" or "society of crisis" of modern society in some degree.Reconsidering the two sides of rationality in natural science and technology during the centuries,especially from the 20th century,summarizing the right and wrong in "Plan of Bacon",innovating cultural ideas,and then creating the condition for "social technology" to come the front of history has already become one important theme of the 21st century 's philosophy of science and technology.
