| 摘 要： | 清末新政时期,“重农”思潮盛行于朝野。但它不是传统“农本商末”思想的复归,而是要求在中国发展具有资本主义性质的近代农业。这对中国传统农业变革有积极影响,在中国农业发展史上具有开风气的作用。

| Abstract: | In the periods of New Policies of Late Qing Dynasty in 1901-1911, the thoughts of attaching importance to agriculture were in popular widely, however, these were not resurgence of traditional physiocracy restraining commerce accordingly but required developing capitalistic agriculture, which had influence upon traditional agriculture positively and played the role of the pioneer in the history of Chinese agriculture. |
