江苏企业境外知识产权保护探讨

知识产权国际保护强化的趋势日益明显,跨国公司间的知识产权竞争日益激烈,江苏企业“走出去”遭遇知识产权壁垒的状况也日益严重。在金融危机背景下,江苏企业亟须加强自主创新能力建设,加快涉外知识产权人才培养,提高企业应对知识产权诉讼的能力,发挥知识产权管理部门的作用,积极应对美国的“337”调查。

Discussion on the Protection of the Overseas Intellectual Property Rightsof the Jiangsu Enterprises

It is increasingly evident that the international protection of intellectual property rights is strengthening. The competition among transnational corporations is increasingly intense on intellectual property rights. The situation of intellectual property rights barriers which Jiangsu enterprises encounter when going out are becoming increasingly serious. In the context of the financial crisis, Jiangsu enterprises need to strengthen independent innovation capacity building, speed up foreign related IPR personnel training, improve enterprise capacity to deal with intellectual property litigation, as well as give play to the role of intellectual property management departments, and actively deal with the U.S. "337" survey.
