| Abstract: | Network is the most important and fundamental new carrier of publishing information sources in the new times. It pushes publishing information working staff into a newest working interface. As working people who process, deal with, memorize, communicate, and spread out publishing information, the publishers are directly and specifically confronted with challenges. The information attainments of editors have direct relation to the efficiency and quality of edit. |
