The problem of the death is the one that human beings always pay attention to in history.It is ever a "fatal" problem which no one can neglect.Everyone is to be dead.Once born,we will have to face numerous possibilities,and only death is the one identified of many possibilities.It can be said that the philosophy thinking of death reflects man's ultimate concern.In Heidegger's view,human beings are living in the way being towards death.To bear death,experience death,"ahead to death" and assume the responsibility and freedom are the truth of existence.Only "facing death" can understand the meaning of life and can make life be more meaningful.Heidegger cited a writer's saying: "once born,one is to be dead."
