| Abstract: | This article is intended to analyse the residents' culture values in typical residential areas of Huizhou folk houses and Beijing traditional Courtyard on the basis of their traditional ideas including 'human life being in harmony with nature,sky is round and earth is square,Yin and Yang,superiority and inferiority,lucky and unlucky.It also tries to acknowledge the impact of traditional culture on folk houses development. |
