高校学术管理存在的问题及对策

学术管理是由管理对象和内容特性来界定的，人们对于以学术事务为对象和以学术事务为内容的管理称为“学术管理”；由于行政权力的过分强化和行政机构性质凸显，高校学术管理的行政化倾向异常显著；针对这种倾向，一是要改变过分依赖行政权力进行决策的现象，二是建立健全学术委员会制度，三是建立健全专业委员会及学科委员会制度，四是要充分发挥教师在学术管理中的作用。

Problems in Academic Management in Colleges and Universities and Their Countermeasures

Academic management is the management with academic affairs as its object and content.Due to the excess aggrandizement of administrative power and the protruding of administrative property,there appears an administrative tendency of academic management in colleges and universities.To change this tendency,four measures should be taken,i.e.to reduce administrative power in decision-making,to establish an academic committee,to establish and improve the systems of specialty and discipline committee,and to make full use of the teachers in academic management.
